

Dr Rosie Stroud
BSc MBChB FRACGP DAME MRO Dip OHS
Dr Rosie Stroud works as a Senior Medical Practitioner at the Sexual Assault Resource Centre (SARC) providing trauma informed and forensic care to patients and supporting and educating health care providers across WA.
She holds a fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and is an advanced Occupational Medicine trainee working at OccuMED Consulting.
She is the primary on-call doctor for the OccuMED Poison Permit service and works closely with many mine site medics on a daily basis. She has extensive experience in delivering healthcare in challenging and remote environments having worked as a military doctor in the UK and as a solo GP in some of Australia’s most remote regions.
Dr Stroud has worked extensively on developing reliable ways to collect early forensic evidence in remote areas. Her in-depth knowledge of industry is invaluable to combining occupational health and clinical forensic medicine.
